Point Of Sale

Receipts & Printing

Configure receipt printers, customize receipt content, and deliver receipts via print, email, SMS, or QR code.

Avvyr POS supports multiple receipt delivery methods and printer types. Receipts are generated based on your register profile settings and include all legally required information.

Receipt content

Each receipt includes:

  • Company information — Name, organization number, VAT number, and address (from register profile).
  • Items — Product names, quantities, prices, and any discounts.
  • Totals — Subtotal, VAT breakdown, and grand total.
  • Payment details — Payment methods used with amounts.
  • Customer information — If a customer was attached to the order.
  • Control unit data — Fiscal control code, register ID, and sequence number (when applicable).
  • Custom header/footer — Configurable text from the register profile.
