Go-Live Checklist

Verify that your Avvyr store is fully configured and ready to start selling.

Before you start taking orders, run through this checklist to make sure everything is set up correctly.

Store basics

  • Store name and time zone are correct in Settings → General
  • Default language matches your primary market
  • Order number prefix and sequence are configured

Markets

  • At least one market is created and configured
  • Currency and language are correct for each market
  • VAT groups are set up with the right tax rates
  • Prices include VAT toggle matches your pricing strategy

Payment methods

  • At least one payment method is enabled per market
  • Payment provider credentials are configured and tested
  • If using POS: card terminals are boarded and paired

Shipping

  • Shipping carriers are configured per market
  • Shipping rules (weight-based, price-based, or flat-rate) are set
  • Shipping products have correct names and prices

Products

  • Attribute templates are created for your product types
  • Products are added with names, SKUs, and descriptions
  • Product images are uploaded
  • Pricing is set per market
  • Inventory levels are correct per warehouse
  • Products are assigned to categories

Users

  • Team members are invited with appropriate roles
  • POS staff have PIN codes assigned
  • At least one Super Admin is confirmed and active

Storefront (if using e-commerce)

  • Storefront API tokens are generated
  • Product index is built and up to date
  • Storefront is connected and displaying products correctly

Point of Sale (if using POS)

  • Business units are configured with addresses and opening hours
  • Registers are created and assigned to business units
  • Receipt header and footer text are set
  • Payment terminals are connected and tested
  • Cash float is set for opening day

Integrations (optional)

  • External systems are connected (ERP, accounting, etc.)
  • Webhooks are configured for real-time event notifications
  • Email provider is set up for transactional emails
You don't need everything on this list to start selling. The essentials are: at least one market, payment method, and some products with pricing. You can always add more configuration later.

Ready to go
