Market Pricing
Each market has its own price list. Prices are set per product per market, allowing you to tailor pricing for different regions and currencies.
Viewing market prices
Go to Settings → Markets → Market → Prices to see all products and their prices for that market. The list shows each product with its current base price in the market's currency.
You can also view prices from the product side: open any product and go to the Prices tab to see all markets and their prices for that product.
Editing prices
Click on a product's price to open the Price Editor. The editor shows the market's currency and language, and adjusts calculations based on the market's VAT setting.
Price fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Base Price | The standard selling price for this product in this market. |
| Recommended Price | The manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP). |
| Wholesale | The wholesale price. |
| Purchase | The purchase/cost price from the supplier. |
| Cost | Additional cost associated with the product. |
| Special Price | A discounted price that overrides the base price. |
| Special Start | The date when the special price becomes active. |
| Special End | The date when the special price expires. |
Margins
The price editor calculates margins automatically based on the base price, purchase price, and cost. When the market has Show prices incl. VAT enabled, margins are calculated on the ex-VAT price.
How markets connect to product pricing
- Products are assigned to one or more markets when they are created or edited.
- Each market maintains a separate price record for every product assigned to it.
- Changing a market's currency does not automatically convert existing prices — you need to update them manually or via import.
Import and export
Market prices can be managed in bulk:
- Export — Download the current price list for a market.
- Import — Upload updated prices to overwrite the current market price list.
Access these options from the Prices tab within the market settings.
