Market Settings
Configure core market settings including currency, language, VAT display, and email provider.
Each market has core settings that control how it operates across pricing, content, and communications. Manage these under Settings → Markets → Market → Overview.
General settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Toggle the market on or off. Disabled markets are not active. |
| Name | The display name of the market. |
| Country | The country associated with this market. Cannot be changed after creation. |
| Currency | The currency used for all pricing in this market. |
| Language | The default language for product names and content. |
VAT display
The Show prices incl. VAT toggle controls how prices are displayed and calculated throughout the market:
- On — Prices are shown including VAT in the storefront and POS.
- Off — Prices are shown excluding VAT.
This setting also affects how margins are calculated in the price editor. When VAT-inclusive pricing is enabled, the margin calculation adjusts accordingly.
Email provider
Select an Email provider for transactional emails sent in this market context (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications). The available providers depend on your tenant's email service configuration.
