Creating a Market
Learn how to create a new market in Avvyr with country, currency, and language settings.
Markets are created from Settings → Markets. Each market represents a selling region with its own localized settings.
Create a market
- Go to Settings → Markets.
- Click Create to open the creation form.
- Fill in the required fields:

| Enabled | No | Toggle whether the market is active immediately. |
| Name | Yes | A descriptive name for the market (e.g., "Sweden", "Norway"). |
| Country | Yes | The country this market operates in. |
| Currency | Yes | The currency used for pricing and transactions. |
| Language | Yes | The default language for product content in this market. |
- Click Create.

After creation
Once a market is created, you can configure it further:
- Set pricing — Add product prices specific to this market.
- Configure shipping — Set up shipping zones, methods, and rules.
- Define visibility rules — Control which products appear in the market.
- Manage the storefront — Configure API tokens and indexing.
- Add business units — Link physical stores and warehouses to the market.
Navigate to any market by clicking it in the Settings → Markets list.
