Dashboard
View sales statistics, best sellers, payment method breakdowns, and recent orders in the POS dashboard.
The POS dashboard gives you a real-time overview of sales performance for the current business unit. Access it from the POS navigation menu.
Overview
The dashboard shows key metrics with trend indicators.
Time periods
Select a time period to filter all dashboard data:

|---|---|
| Today | Current day. |
| Yesterday | Previous day. |
| This week | Current week. |
| Last week | Previous week. |
| Last 7 days | Rolling 7 days. |
| Last 14 days | Rolling 14 days. |
| Last 30 days | Rolling 30 days. |
Each metric shows a percentage change compared to the previous equivalent period (e.g., today vs. yesterday).
Key metrics
The top section shows four key performance cards with trend badges:
- Total sales — Gross revenue for the selected period.
- Number of orders — Total transactions completed.
- Average order value — Mean transaction amount.
- Comparison metrics — Period-over-period percentage changes (green for growth, red for decline).
Revenue chart
A line and area chart showing revenue over time. You can group the data by:
- Hour
- Day
- Week
Detailed breakdowns
The dashboard includes three columns of detailed data:
Recent orders
A list of the most recent orders showing:
- Order number
- Customer name (if attached)
- Total amount
- Date and time
Best sellers
The top-selling products ranked by units sold, showing:
- Product image
- Product name
- SKU
- Units sold
Payment methods
A breakdown of payment methods used during the period:
- Payment method name
- Number of transactions
- Total amount processed
