Customer Profiles
View and manage customer data
Every customer who interacts with your store has a profile in Avvyr.
Viewing Customers
Go to Customers in the sidebar to see:
- Customer list with search and filters
- Total orders and lifetime value per customer
- Last order date and activity
Customer Details
Click a customer to see their full profile:
- Contact information — Name, email, phone
- Addresses — Shipping and billing addresses
- Order history — All past orders with status
- Notes — Internal notes from your team
- Tags — Custom labels for segmentation
Customer Segments
Segments are dynamic groups based on criteria:
- VIP — Customers with lifetime value above threshold
- New — Registered in the last 30 days
- At risk — No orders in the last 90 days
Segments update automatically as customer data changes.
Exporting Customer Data
Export your customer list to CSV from the Customers page using the Export button. You can filter before exporting to get a targeted list.
