Warehouse Settings

Configure which warehouses are visible in the storefront and how they participate in fulfillment.

Each warehouse can be configured to participate in the storefront independently. These settings control stock visibility and fulfillment options for your online store.

Accessing warehouse storefront settings

Go to Settings → Warehouses → Warehouse. The Storefront Settings section controls how this warehouse interacts with the storefront.

VisibleWhether stock from this warehouse is included in storefront stock levels.
Ship FromEnable this warehouse as a "ship from" location for storefront orders.
PickupEnable this warehouse as a pickup point for customer collection.

Visibility

When a warehouse is marked as Visible, its stock levels are included when calculating the total available stock shown in the storefront. If disabled, the warehouse's inventory is excluded from storefront stock counts.

Ship From

Enable Ship From to allow storefront orders to be fulfilled from this warehouse. When a customer places an order, the system can route fulfillment to warehouses with this option enabled.

Pickup

Enable Pickup to make this warehouse available as a collection point. Customers can select it during checkout for in-store or warehouse pickup.

How warehouse settings affect the storefront

  • Stock display — Only warehouses marked as Visible contribute to the stock level shown on product pages.
  • Fulfillment routing — Only warehouses with Ship From enabled can fulfill storefront orders.
  • Pickup options — Only warehouses with Pickup enabled appear as pickup locations during checkout.
Warehouse storefront settings are independent of the warehouse's general configuration. A warehouse can be active for internal operations without being visible in the storefront.
